Meet Lilly-May, our Client Administrator at the St. Francis office, who joined the Client Care family 9 months ago. With her certification as a Short-term underwriter, she thrives on tackling challenges and daunting requests with enthusiasm. Lilly-May is dedicated to providing consistent, top-notch client service. Her friendly demeanour and comfort in dealing with all types of clients, even the difficult ones, make her approach to client relations truly unique.
Transitioning from the corporate world, Lilly-May cherishes the close-knit and personal connections she builds with clients at Client Care. She values each client as an individual with unique needs, moving beyond seeing them as just numbers.
Outside of work, Lilly-May is a self-proclaimed beach body, with a love for exploring the ocean, hiking, and embracing the great outdoors. She’s an avid shell collector, adding a touch of the sea to her life. A believer in constant learning and self-improvement, she strives to be the best in her profession and to be remembered positively by those around her.
Lilly-May’s favourite quote, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending” by C.S. Lewis, reflects her forward-thinking and optimistic mindset. She aims to match the administrative prowess of her colleague Zoe Clarke, and is excited about her growth journey with Client Care – a path she is as committed to as one would be in a relationship, hoping to ‘marry’ her career.
