Meet Frank, the latest addition to the Client Care Team, where he’s leading the Short-Term Insurance Division. With a career in the short-term insurance industry dating back to 2001, Frank has accumulated a wealth of experience and qualifications, including an Advanced Certificate in Short Term Insurance from Milpark Business School. He’s also an esteemed Associate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (AIISA). Frank’s philosophy revolves around turning clients into friends, believing that this trust is crucial, especially when resolving claims swiftly and effectively.
He takes pride in providing exceptional client service, showcasing his expertise during the critical claim stages. Outside of work, Frank is a devoted husband and proud father of two, cherishing every moment spent with his family. His commitment to community service is evident in his volunteer work with the local NSRI Station 21 and the Disaster Volunteer Group. Frank’s love for the outdoors is also a significant part of his life, with hobbies that include cycling, running, golfing, fishing, and boating.
His dedication to his family, community, and outdoor pursuits reflects the well-rounded and passionate individual he is. Driven by personal growth, Frank lives by the motto, “Live the life you love now, not later.” His goal is to expand the short-term insurance division while maintaining personalized service, turning new clients into lifelong friends who can rely on Client Care.
